Sometimes I'm quiet,
A bit reserved,
Just taking life all in,
That's just the man I am.

Most days I'm happy,
Silly as I can be,
Letting life be fun,

Some days I drink,
I let loose,
Maybe get a little loud,
That's just the man I am.

Yes, I cry sometimes,
I hurt for others,
Their pain is mine,

Maybe I care too much,
About helping people,
Lifting them up,
That's just the man I am.

The times I lose my way,
I stop and pray,
Knowing He has a plan,

I constantly worry,
About the future,
How I can get to you,

I'm on a mission.
My heart leads the way,
I am not afraid,
