Day 311 - Thankful Thanksgiving

Today is my 32nd Thanksgiving Holiday.

I remain thankful for a family who has always supported me and my life decisions, even if they disagree.

I am thankful that a new love entered my life 2 years ago and has remained strong and honest, despite being separated by oceans. She makes me happy and complete, something I never knew I needed in my life, but now that I have it, it feels so good. It feels perfect.

I am thankful that my attitude and thoughts have changed over the years from helping myself to opening my eyes and heart to recognizing the pain of others. Helping them fulfills me more than accumulating titles and things.

I am thankful for my faith in God. I may not speak of it every day or worship as much as I should, but I am glad I have allowed Him to enter my life and guide me.

I am thankful to be me.
